Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you.
If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items or discounted products cannot be refunded.
• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

4. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
